Basic Ice cream


1 cup milk
1 cup conddensed milk
1 tbsp cornflour
2 egg whites
3 tbsp sugar ( optional )
1 big tin Cream ( 200 grams )


Whisk egg whites till fluffy. Mix in milk and condensed milk and blend well.
Mix cornflour in a little water and beat till the lumps are not there.
Put this vessel with milk and egg mixture inside a vessel with steamimg / boiling water ( Double Boiler ) . Continue stirring. Add the cornflour mix also and continue stirring. When it starts boiling well remove from fire and cool.
after it comes to the room temperature freeze it
After freezing for half an hour take it out and whisk nicely. Again set it in the freezer Repeat the process.
Add the cream and mix well. Re freeze. Serve as and when needed.


While serving garnish with chopped nuts and chocolate sauce, strawberry sauce or honey.
