Ingredients needed for pista burfi
250 grams ready mawa
100 grams powdered sugar
1/2 cup pista powder
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
a pinch of green colour
How to prepare pista burfi
Mix the mawa and sugar in a pan and cook for 2-3 minutes. Let Cool.
Add the pista powder, green colour and cardamom powder, blend well
Grease a tray with a little ghee and press the mixture evenly.
Garnish with silver foil and pista flakes and cut into squarish pieces
