Mango Pudding

Ingredients needed for Mango Pudding
1 1/2 cups mango pulp
3/4 cup Sugar
3/4 cup water
1 1/2 dst sp gelatin
4 dst sp water
3 egg whites
4 dst sp sugar
1/2 cup cream beaten
chopped mango pieces, fried cashew nuts, cherries  for garnishing

How to prepare Mango Pudding
Boil sugar and water together and make a syrup.Add mangopulp into the boiling sugar syrup and stir continuously to get the consistency of a custard.
Soak gelatine in water and keep the small pan in hot water  to melt it completely. Mix this gelatine to the mango , sugar and  mix we.
Pour into the greased  dish and refrigerate till abouthalf done.
Beat egg yolks nicely and add the sugar little by little , beat well till they get thick.
Add beaten cream slowly in to the mango mix and then add the egg yolk mix little by little stirring nicely.
Garnish with more ofpiped cream, mango pieces, fried cashewnuts etc. Serve chilled
