Dark is Beautiful

There are many dark skinned people in the world who have been successful, beautiful and have been termed pretty in one sense or the other.
The colour of the skin depends upon the melanin content, the pigment of the skin cells. variation is generally hereditary and is genetic.
Dark skin provides protection against ultra violet rays which is the main cause for skin Cancers. Lighter skinned have a tenfold greater risk of getting skin cancers which is caused by the mutations in the skin cells due to ultra violet rays.
They preserve Vitamin B but can lead to Vitamin D deficiency at higher altitudes and are also at higher risk of rickets, cardio vascular diseases, diabetes and multiple sclerosis. Fortification of milk with Vitamin D will help them come out of these problems.
You cannot change much of what God has given you. You can cleanse, tone and moisturize your skin regularly and maintain the shine and glow. Daily Care will help you do this. Use of Coconut oil regularly will make your skin clean and shining.
There are many dark skinned beauties in our film world, namely, Bipasha Basu, Kajol, Rani Mukherjee etc and other known people of the world include Barack Obama, Oprah Winfrey, Nelson Mandela etc
Dark sjin will not let any one down. Take it in your stride and do what you would like to, it would take you as high in the position and fame as you can get.
