Healthy Vegetable Soup - Recipe

Ingredients:
3 carrots, cut into small pieces
1 potato,cut into small pieces
2 onions sliced fine
1/2 cup green peas
3-4 french beans chopped into small pieces
1 tsp pepper powder
1/4 cuyp chopped coriander leaves
2 tbsps butter
1 tsp corn flour

Method:
Cut the vegetables in to any of the shape you like but make it easy to cook. Shell peas if they are green and fresh, if you are using dry green peas , soak and cook separately.
Melt butter in the pan, add the onions and the chopped vegetables into the hot fat and fry. Do not add add potatoes with this .  
Now add potatoes, green peas and 2 cups of water bring to a boiling point and then simmer till all the vegetables are cooked  tender and very soft.
Mash the vegetables with the back of a spoon and strain through a colander.
Bring the strained soup to boil again, add salt, pepper and cornflour mixed in water. Simmer till the soup gets thicker . Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
