Feet and Hands Scrub
Keeping your feet clean and pretty takes a longtime. It is very ugly to see the cracks and dead skin on your feet.
Mix coconut oil, lime juice in equal parts and apply on your feet. Massage it well into the skin and leave it for five minutes.
Then add sugar to the remaining mix and scrub your feet thoroughly paying attention to the dirt prone areas, like, between toes and cracks on the soles of feet
Wash it off after scrubbing and apply hand lotion.
If you can do that regularly (at least once a week), you'll have beautiful feet which you can show off.
For hands also you can use the same method. When you do your household work at home, no one likes to wear gloves which are irritating. I myself don't do it.
Instead what we can do is to apply oil, which is always in the kitchen, as soon as you finish washing and cleaning.
Apply a little oil onto your hands , massage it well. Since your hands are damp, the oil penetrates quickly and gets absorbed nicely.
Once a week do the above mentioned scrub and remove the dead skin and calluses which might form.
Your hands will also look pretty.
For your nails:
Apply a little coconut / olive oil, massage it well into the nails and clean the cuticles regularly.
You can do this whenever you do oil massage to your hands. Your nails will look transparent and with a healthy pink colour.

Hair Growth
To grow the hair, apply either unboiled cow's milk or coconut milk . Leave it for half an hour atleast and then have your shampoo.
If you can do this twice a week you can see the results after three months.
You have to give oil massage to the hair regularly.
Apply warm coconut oil to the scalp and the roots of hair. To do that part your hair little by little and dab warm oil into the partings.
Slowly massage with gentle circular motions through out the scalp. Do not scratch at it. you'll hurt your hair follicles.
After finishing the massage tie hot towels dipped in hot water and excess water squeezed out. When the towel gets cold change it. Likewise change towels three times. Tie up your hair in a bun and leave it for an hour or atleast half an hour. Then shampoo your hair.

Split Ends
Split ends are the result of negligence. When you neglect caring for your hair, it'll end up getting dry and brittle.
Lack of oil massaging and brushing will do this to your hair.
Split ends will not just stop with the ends of hair, it climbs up the shaft spoiling the hair follicle itself.
The only way to prevent this from happening is caring for the hair properly.
You have to do oil massaging, combing the hair after massage with the wide toothed comb, till the oil reaches the ends of hair.
Tie the hair up in a bun and one hour later shampoo your hair.
Do not comb wet hair. That's another reason for split hair.
The only treatment available for split ends is trimming . You cannot avoid trimming your hair at all. Just trim your hair once in three months till the splits vanish completely.

Apple peels:
Apple peels can be boiled with a few tulsi leaves and stored for a few days. This liquid can be used as a cleanser.

Carrots are the best natural toners one can have. While you cook carrots, remove some and keep aside. Grind them to a paste.Mix it with a little honey and apply on the face.Leave it for a few minutes. Wash it off later. This will remove if there are any minor blemishes on your skin.
whatever you pack you use be careful when you apply near the eyes. The skin is very thin and can be easily harmed. Always apply pack around the eyes and not under the eyes.

For the Tired Hands
Whenever you wash your hands after doing household chores at home, get in to the habit of applying a little oil, while your skin is still damp. It would be absorbed quickly and you'll always have a smooth and wrinkle free skin.
Remember to moisturise your cuticles and massage with upward motions. Rub the elbows also with a little oil at the same time.
Any oil you have in the kitchen can be used for this. Actually I have seen that sesame oil/gingelly oil works the best. If you can use a little salt with the oil as a scrub, it'll ensure that you have the softest skin.

Dry hair - Treatment
Dry hair looks very dry and brittle and breaks easily with split ends.
This type requires combing many times to help the flow of the natural oils from the glands to the ends of hair to maintain the smoothness.
Take a little oil in your hands and spread that into the hair from top to bottom and then comb out the hair. The hair will not break and will also have a shine.
Massaging is a must for this kind of hair. Warm either coconut or olive oil. Massage into your scalp with your fingertips without hurting your skin with your nails.
Then give your hair a hot towel treatment. Dip a towel in hot water, squeeze out the excess water and tie the towel around your head. Repeat this process, atleast 5-6 times or till your hair feels nice and soft and the scalp tingles. Half an hour to one hour later you can have your bath.
If you can do this regularly atleast once a week your hair will not have the problem of dryness and will grow nicely without breaking.
Select a mild shampoo, like egg based shampoos. You can choose one with a conditioner.
Get your hair trimmed once in every 3 months to ward off split ends.
Do not perm or bleach unless needed very badly. Regular use of drier for drying the hair also will affect your hair health.

Care Of Feet
Nowadays, everyone likes to wear short dresses like skirts, minis, midis etc. The legs have to be pretty to show them off. To have nice legs you have to exercise daily to keep the flab off from thighs, calves and ankles. Only then do these dresses look nice on you and you'll be able to carry them off very well.
First, what you have to do is to defuzz your legs if you have unwanted hair. Waxing is the best. It slows down the growth of hair and exfoliating regularly with a pumice stone will make the growth slower.
At least once a week you have to give a foot bath, which is known as pedicure at the beauty parlours.
To prepare wax at home:
Take 250 grams of sugar and juice of 6 large lemons. Mix them together and heat it on a stove.
When it boils, simmer and gently keep stirring till the mix gets thicker and of a golden brown colour. Remove and let cool. Mix in 1 tablespoonful of glycerine to the mix. Syore in a closed container and refrigerate.
In summer the wax tends to get thinner if you keep it outside. So if you like hot wax just heat it slightly or keep the wax in the freezer for sometime and then use.
Daily before going to bath give a little oil massage to your feet. Then take your usual bath. Your feet will look fresh and clean.
Clean your toe nails regularly. Paint them with a nail polish and also see that the nail polish doesn't get chipped. Keep them looking pretty.

Care of Hands
To keep your hands looking pretty all the time you have to pay some attention to it regularly.
If you have flabs on your arms , it'll be unsightly.
Always maintain your arms by doing some simple exercises , like swinging or rotating your arms, playing tennis, badminton etc. Keep doing some exercise or the other to keep your arms supple and shapely all the time.
The next problem the hands usually face is the rough skin. First give an oil massage to your hands and then wet it with water.
Scrub no 1. Apply table salt to it and rub in soft circular motions from the fingertips to the upper arms. Do not scrub hard with salt, you might hurt your skin. Wash off with cold water to get the smoothest of skins.
Apply hand lotion regularly. Mix rosewater, limejuice and glycerin in equal parts and refrigerate in an airtight container. Apply a little of this regularly at bedtime for 15 minutes and then wash off.
Scrub no.2 Soak oatmeal in milk for five minutes. Massage it well into your arms and leave it for 15 minutes. Wash it off with water to get smooth arms and fair skin to boot.
Suntan: To remove suntan, mix equal parts of tomato juice, lime juice and milk. Before taking bath apply this on to your arms for 10 minutes. Scrub using besan / gram flour and a pinch of kasturi turmeric and wash it off.
In winter your skin will get drier. To combat the dryness apply a mix of olive oil and a few drops of milk to your arms. Leave it for 15 minutes and then wash off.
If it is very oily, then rub Eau de Cologne to your arms and then powder nicely to cut down the supply of excess oil.
To lighten the elbows, keep your elbows in to the empty shells of the lemon for 15 minutes.
Apply lime juice and milk with a little kasturi turmeric to your elbows, leave it for 15 minutes and wash off.
This mix will lighten and soften the elbows. To avoid darkening of the elbows, never lean on your elbows while working at the table.
Do soak your palms in the warm water for 10 minutes and then scrub it off. Clean the nails and shape them. Apply hand lotion and leave it for 10 minutes. Wash it off.
Remove that unsightly hair by waxing or by using depilatory creams. If you want to go in for permanent hair removal then try out Electrolysis and laser treatments.
Follow all these guidelines and get a shapely, supple, beautiful arms which you show off to the world with sleeveless tops and blouses.
